超声波雾化喷嘴
国内起初自动化超声波喷涂设备,采用发明专利的超声波喷头技术,可提供均匀有效的薄膜喷涂及喷雾热解,膜厚可达几十纳米。适用于薄膜太阳能电池、燃料电池、半导体光刻胶、电子传感器、PCB助焊剂、无纺布功能涂层、玻璃镀膜等多种纳米及亚微米级薄膜制备。

超声波雾化喷嘴的构造:
内超声波雾化喷嘴属雾化喷嘴,它由进油管(1),进气管(2),超声波发生器(3),共振腔(4)及喷头(6)所组成。利用超声波发生器与共振腔作用产生高频超声波,将油料雾化成细小油珠,与气体混合由喷头的喷油孔喷入锅炉内,从而既保证了高的雾化质量。

high-energy ultrasound, fuel atomization into tiny oil bead, mixed with gas
